Athlete Mentorships
Our Athlete Mentoring Program is designed to support the holistic development of young aspiring athletes, focusing on both their physical and mental well-being. Through one-on-one mentorship, experienced former elite athletes guide participants in building confidence, setting goals, and developing life skills such as resilience, teamwork, and leadership.
The program addresses common challenges like performance pressure, injury recovery, and balancing academics, while providing a safe space for athletes to grow both on and off the field. With personalized support and regular check-ins, we help young athletes unlock their full potential and thrive in their sporting journey.
Duration: 5 weeks, with follow-up support available.
Football Clinics
The ASW, in collaboration with select Matilda Alumni, is excited to offer your football club an exclusive opportunity.
